Future: Housing, Living, Working—Construction Sites Everywhere!
Construction sites everywhere, as far as the eye can see. This is what the real estate industry landscape looks like in 2026. Declining annual revenue in the primary construction sector, a drop in new orders, a drastic slump in building permits, and new regulations on the horizon. High interest rates, sluggish administrative and permitting processes, and a significantly weakening economy. And yet, construction costs continue to rise. All of this against the backdrop of ongoing economic and geopolitical uncertainty. But giving up is not the answer!

Henschel Areal – Public Information Event: 140,000 square meters of space for an urban area in the heart of Kassel.
On Tuesday, June 9, the final major public event regarding the zoning plan process took place. Over 300 interested—but also critical—attendees from the neighborhood and the city of Kassel were in attendance.
Mayor Dr. Schöller took the time throughout the evening, until almost midnight, to answer every question together with the attendees.

Milestone for Urbane Mitte Süd: House of Representatives approves development plan
With the approval of development plan VI-140cab “Urbane Mitte Süd” by the Berlin House of Representatives, the way is now clear for a new, future-oriented urban quarter at Berlin's Gleisdreieck. The project is being built in the immediate vicinity of the Park am Gleisdreieck .
