Open project development Henschel Areal Kassel launched with workshop process

In the coming years, a new quarter will be built on the former production site of the former railroad manufacturer Henschel. As development partner, BÜRO DR. VOGEL GMBH, together with the owner Sector Seven Investors GmbH, has launched an open project development for the site in Kassel Rothenditmold. This began with a workshop process that took place between the beginning of September and the beginning of November 2023.

Project development konstanz.space sold - Former property of DR. KADE has new users

The last part of the former DR. KADE site has been sold. In total, there are three new owners for what was once the largest urban commercial property available on the market in Constance. The buyers are the mechanical engineering company CRS Prüftechnik from Meersburg, the entrepreneurial family Beshiri from Constance and the Constance Yacht Club. The transaction was carried out by BÜRO DR. VOGEL GMBH on behalf of DR. KADE. The transaction was legally accompanied by the law firm RAUE from Berlin.

Next milestone for the Am Humboldthain Quarter

The Quartier Am Humboldthain has reached a new milestone. On 19.01.2023, the BVV Berlin-Mitte approved the resolution to draw up the development plan. On 6.5 hectares south of the Volkspark Humboldthain, the largest commercial quarter within the Berlin S-Bahn ring will be built in the next few years.
