Access data

We, the website operator or page provider, collect data on access to the website on the basis of our legitimate interest (see art. 6 par. 1 lit. f. DSGVO) and store these as "server log files" on the server of the website. The following data is logged in this way:

Disable Google Analytics

Matomo

We use Matomo (formerly Piwik) for web analytics, a service of InnoCraft Ltd, 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand, NZBN 6106769, ("Matomo"). This helps us to continuously improve the website.

Personal user data will be made anonymous. For IP addresses, the last 2 bytes of the IP address are masked (e.g.: 123.456.xxx.xxx). An assignment of the shortened IP address to the calling computer is no longer possible in this way.

The operation of Matomo takes place on our server. The data will not be passed on to third parties.

The data processing takes place on the basis of a legitimate interest according to art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. f DSGVO. The analysis of the anonymized data of the users enables the tracking of the surfing behaviour of the site visitors in order to constantly improve the website and its user-friendliness. By anonymising the IP address, the interest of the users in their protection of personal data is sufficiently taken into account. The data is deleted after 180 days.

User rights

As a user, you have the right to request free information on what personal data has been stored about you. You also have the right to have incorrect data corrected and to have processing of your personal data restricted or your personal data deleted. If applicable, you may also assert your right to data portability. If you believe that your data has been processed unlawfully, you can file a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority.

Deletion of data

If your request does not conflict with a legal obligation to store data (e.g. for tax purposes, etc.), you have the right to have your data deleted. Data stored by us will be deleted if it is no longer required for its intended use and there are no legal retention periods. If deletion is not possible because the data is required for legal purposes, data processing will be restricted. In this case, the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes.
