Starting shot for Mendelssohn-Palais bidding procedure

The international bidding procedure for the historic Mendelssohn-Palais in the center of Berlin is now open. Investors will now have the opportunity to submit bids for this unique building that is closely linked with the history of the Mendelssohn banking family. Bids may be submitted until December 23rd 2016, following registration for the bidding procedure on the website at www.mendelssohn-palais.de The ABDA - Federal Union of German Associations of Pharmacists commissioned the consulting company BÜRO DR. VOGEL GMBH with the execution of the bidding procedure.

Dreieich / Frankfurt am Main decides to form a housing association

The town of Dreieich, lying just outside Frankfurt am Main, is founding a housing association. This was decided by the town council last Tuesday. In founding the town’s own housing association as an Institution of Public Law (AöR), the council followed the recommendations of the BÜRO DR. VOGEL GMBH. “The founding of a housing association will allow the city to actively drive urban development and cover the urgent need for social housing. This is a great opportunity for the city and its inhabitants. Moreover, in the future the housing association can even expect to generate surpluses", says Hauke Fischbeck, the responsible partner at the BÜRO DR. VOGEL GMBH.

With the decision in favor of the architects Ortner & Ortner Baukunst, the vision for the “Urbane Mitte” center at Gleisdreieck is becoming a reality. In November 2015, the jury chose the first two winners for their visionary designs for a vibrant quarter, where art, culture and networked working environments are all intertwined. After the evaluation of the first participation steps, the project developers decided to continue the project planning with Ortner & Ortner.

ABDA purchases new office building in Berlin’s Europacity

With its new office building in Berlin’s Europacity, the ABDA - Federal Union of German Associations of Pharmacists is expected to get a new prestigious location in the capital by 2019. In January 2016, ABDA signed a contract with the real estate company CA Immo for the lease and subsequent purchase of the future pharmacists’ building. The transaction advisory services for ABDA were carried out by the Berlin consulting company BÜRO DR. VOGEL GMBH, accompanied in legal respects by Schwenke & Schütz and RAUE LLP.
