The first bidding phase of the bidding process for the Franziskus Krankenhaus Berlin building ensemble will start on March 31, 2025. The prime property at Budapester Straße 15-19, directly opposite the Zoological Garden, has 26,675 sqm of gross floor area and offers development potential of up to 35,000 sqm of gross floor area based on current and expected building law.

A hospital was operated at the site for over a hundred years. The owner will cease hospital operations at the site by the end of 2028 and will bundle care at the Tempelhof site in future. This paves the way for the site in this prime location in City West to be taken into the future. BÜRO DR.
