Update on our major project development Quartier Am Humboldthain
Here is an update on our major project development Quartier Am Humboldthain, the most exciting of all future locations inside Berlin's S-Bahn ring.
In mid-October, together with the district of Mitte, we were able to present the current planning status to interested members of the public:
- Planning is well advanced and the pace of the development plan is remarkable.
- All public agencies, the Mitte district and the state of Berlin are pulling in the same direction.
- If things continue at this pace, we will adopt the development plan next year and start construction the year after next. Berlin can, if it wants to!
And when Berlin really wants to, even as a project developers who has been working in Berlin for many years one is pleasantly surprised.
